Guidelines:
A season long boat competition where any boat fishing in a San Carlos Men’s Tournament is eligible. Different fisherman can fish each tournament. All points are awarded to the registered boat. You cannot transfer your entree from one boat to another.
Register your boat for $100 for the entire 2008 Billfish Series. One entry per boat max. The Sea of Cortez Boat Club will match the pot and there will be a 60/30/10 payout.
Points will be awarded for each tournament where a boat finishes in the top 10. (4 max) If you enter all 5 tournaments this season you will get the points from only your top 4 tournament finishes. In case of a tie, the tie breaker will be the combined total amount of tournament points awarded during each individual tournament based on that individual tournament’s point system. If a tie still exists at that point, all boats tied will split that portion of the pot.
2008 Billfish Series Point System:
| 1st Place = 100 points |
2nd place = 90 points |
| 3rd place = 80 points |
4th place = 70 points |
| 5th place = 60 points |
6th place = 50 points |
| 7th place = 40 points |
8th place = 30 points |
| 9th place = 20 points |
10th place = 10 points |
Points will be awarded based on the official results from each tournament once they are verified by the individual tournament’s officials.

1 - The San Carlos Yacht Club/Rescate Tournament
2 - July 4th Billfish Blowout
3 - 61st Billfish Tournament
4 - Labor Day Tournament
5 - Cantina Cup
